He was about to go check to see if his assumption on the crystals were right when a goblin popped up and glared at him. The child-sized creature was clearly trying to intimidate him. A slight shift and his mouth opened wide in a 'toothy' grin. His 'head' had a mouth with what looked like sharp and jagged teeth. That maw looked capable of engulfing the goblins head but the pair seemed to keep their distance. If the goblin came for him he'd strike back like he had with that wisp.
