Goblins in general are about 3 feet tall. While flying, Puck could probably only carry about 5 pounds at most, but on the ground he could lift and walk with...let's say up to 15 pounds. Not real sure how the math works on that, a 1 foot tall creature with humanlike proportions, but eh.
