Probably way too late for this but screw it I'm still eager to get into some DnD 1. Discord or no for conversations that don't require a lot of extra writing between naritive? Love using discord for communication- Interacting with people on their chatting about an RP is part of the experience to me at this point. 2. Space and aliens sci-f, High Fantasy world wide adventure, or horror, death, and suspense? I'm very much in favor of a high fantasy setting, I don't mind death and such although I prefer focusing more on character interaction as opposed to trying make a character who will survive and pushing interaction slightly to one side 3. Preferences of Combat, Exploration, Role-playing, Moral Dilimas, Puzzle/Traps, Crime, Murder Hoboing, Meta-Gameing, Power Gaming, Politics, and War/Nations. Just list your favorite 3 or 4, and maybe give me some insight as to why Combat- always nice to have to spice things up, Politics-I like the intrigue and the idea of characters having an impact on the world outside of 'they killed the dragon' and along with that War/Nation's sounds like fun. A more magical side to things sounds like a nice touch as well. 4. How active do you like NPCs to be? Do you like having them in the party or at least strong enough to survive following the party, or do you prefer them to stay on the side lines so the PCs can enjoy all glory? Maybe a mix? Why? I think NPCs that can stand on par with your characters if not better can make things far more interesting, having a character who kicks your ass early on is going to develop and be more interesting than murdering him on the spot. 5. Bigger or smaller groups? Bigger group sounds more fun but it could easily turn into a clusterfuck so er I'm sorta neutral on this. 6. Homebrew cool? Homebrew cool. No idea if I'm way too late for my opinion to count for much. If that's the case just ,er, pretend this reply doesn't exist
