Celica's Alteration allows her to have her senses heightened and gives her love manipulation. She can easily force someone to express its hidden feelings for someone else and can even alter those feelings, making them softer or extreme depending on her choice. She can also inflict a special debuff which causes others to see the world as entirely cute, which will be something desirable or despicable depending on the person.
Downsides:
1. [i][b]Accidental Infliction to Others towards Herself[/b][/i]: A problem that Celica always had with her Alteration is that she has only a slight control over it outside of battle. As such, she calls all attention to herself by inflicting people with love or cute without she ever wanting. As such, she's constantly submitted to running away from people, men and women, since they might cause a confusing and worrisome scene.
2. [b][i]Dependant of Others' Emotional State:[/i][/b] Celica's Alteration is entirely dependant of someone's feelings. If her opponent cannot feel love, her Alteration won't work entirely.
