However, the more the user releases the steam, the more aggressive they will act, reaching its pinacle in a state called Max Hazard, where the steam covers the user entirely taking the form of a suit of armor, getting rid out of any single trait of empathy turning them into a cold killing machine. Qualities of Quirk: Kaito makes use of his quirk mainly for strategic purposes, creating distractions, making bursts of steam for quick sprints as well as creating traps for his enemies. When a one on one fight is needed, he mainly takes use of its ability to make steam solid to create weapons and shields to protect him, however he tends to watch out to how much steam he uses as the more he does, the closer he reaches his Max Hazard state, which may be fatal if used at a wrong time, but at the same time, may be his salvation at certain times. Weaknesses of Quirk: While not impossible, it is extremely straining to create sturdy and functional constructs with the steam, as well as it requires a long time to do so. So it is usually preferable to create blunt and simple objects as exhaling the Hazard Steam for too long may undesirably drive Kaito to the Max Hazard state. As for said state, while it brings its user a massive upgrade in power, it hinders their ability to think and plan strategies as well as the ability to speak, turning them into brainless creatures with no empathic skills, which while very powerful, may be easily outsmarted and defeated. This state also may make Kaito hurt allies as he makes no distinction between friend or foe and only lasts for 3 minutes and after it's over, Kaito passes out from the strain it brings him. Limits of Quirk: The steam takes a short amount of time to be shaped and Akira must be entirely focused on it, the more knowledge he has on the form he's shaping, the faster it goes, large bursts of steam grant Kaito some moderate ammount of physical pain, the more steam released the more aggressive the user gets, unabling them to think strategically once they are nearly reaching Max Hazard. -- Weapons: All his weapons are generated by his quirk, they usually tend to be blunt objects and weapons in general as they are easier to make and require less steam. Hero(Villain) Equipment: The only "suit" used by Kaito is the armor he creates once reaching Max Hazard, seen down below. -- Combat Section: (Please explain your character in regards to what they can and cannot do in regards to area.) Strength: Kaito's regular physical strength is very average, being able to throw punches able to hurt your average people, however those most trained may not be so hurt by them, he however knows where to land his punches in order to make them slightly more effective. He, however, tends to wield weapons in order to make up for that lack of physical strength. However, once losing control and entering Max Hazard, his strength is immensely boosted in exchange for his inteligence. Endurance: His body is frail, really frail and even the slightest of the attacks may hinder him terribly, that's why he usually creates shields and traps or steam curtains in order to keep himself from being hurt. The endurance of his quirk's constructs depend on the time he spent on creating them. Willpower: While still sane, his willpower is around low to average, mainly because of his analytical mind, if he sees a situation is not worth fighting, he will retreat it as quickly as possible. As his quick consumes his sanity, he becomes the exact opposite and keeps going towards his target fueled by simple bloodlust and violent behaviour. Speed: Above average, as he lacks in the physical department, he makes use of speed and momentum during fights, being able to further increase them with steam bursts, even if they come with their consequences, they may be useful. He gets a bit slower once he wears his armor.
