Impmon is primarily an evil digimon. He is also one of the Beast Lords. What Jest was trying to say is they have a big impact in the story and we'd prefer not Impmon. Jest' Lucemon is a fragment of the original and not the original Digimon, that's why it's allowable because Lucemon has been split into two different beings. Lucemon C the one Jest is using and Lucemon O the badguy.
