[@LemonZest1337] I'm fine with it while it is powerful it is also heavily dependent on directly contact. The whole thing is risk, and reward so I'll let it through. If you wanted more feedback on how you can change it, or what have you'll I'll try to think of something myself. 

[@Zelosse] Alright while the name is clearly frightening since I know what exactly the power cosmic is in Marvel the actual quirk itself seems reasonable. Since he is pure energy is he capable of going through solid objects?
