Zel: Well, they'll start workin' for the guild at near full pay and become able tuh take on small solo projects after passin' it by a senior. That's only if they pass their other two final tests though. *Picks up one of the rougher looking pieces and starts carefully whittling away on it with a knife after finding the right piece of paper and sitting down.*
