Peopsickle: Tiara Mae can freeze people in a block of ice, if hit with enough force they can shatter.

Slip and Slide: Tiara Mae uses ice to form a pathway that can be ridden upon, think Iceman, the ice can also be used to make a small defensive wall.

Lights out: Tiara Mae releases a slow stream of her power, able to create a fog covering an area roughly the size of the average city block.

Ice Shard: Tiara Mae concentrates her ability into a dagger like projectile that can be launched from her hand and can pierce enemies.[/color][/h3]

[color=00a651][b]Most forms of heat/fire makes it hard or impossible for her to use her ability.[/b][/color]

[H3][color=ed145b]Tiara Mae was originally a computer hacker, to her knowledge was power. Eventually, her hacking caught the eye of a Mob Boss who hired her to help raid a genetics factory. While they were on the job a security gaurd did his rounds early and found them. In the ensuing fire fight, Tiara Mae was shot and fell into unknown genetic material that bonded to her D.N.A. giving the young woman Ice Abilities. When the crew was captured she was taken to a hospital for treatment and her new found powers manifested, she killed the police officers that were keeping an eye on her and made her escape.

She began to amiss a crew of her own, and began breaking into places that held information she wanted to use and blackmail with. She knew that whomever held all the info was the one with all the power. After gaining control of most of her hometown of Philadelphia, P.A. from the criminal underbelly, she began to Farner notice of the local Superhero, Heatflash. After many battles, each side with their own wins and losses the aliens finally attacked. She has since served her time with a small gang in Scotland's Penal Colony. Tiara Mae controls her own little section of the prison, and barters in information. If you want to know something, seek out Freezeframe, chances are she knows what you want.
