Abilities, spells, etc.: 
Lightning manipulation- usually in the form of channeling the lightning into her blades, she can also summon bursts and aim it enemies
Hand to hand combat - She’s known for her blade work but  she’ll be happy to crush your skull underneath her boot too and she’s good at it too.
Blades- She really like them and knows how to use them.


Unique skill (2 max, what truly sets you apart from others of your archetype):
Stealth - Useful skill to sneak and hide and popping up behind a target and slitting their throat or slipping away during a chase.
Infiltration- Getting in and out of places is a speciality of hers. It's a very handy ability to steal or assassinate, whichever gets her paid


Personality:
Degen’s made of sugar, spice, and knives, lots and lots of knives. She’s friendly and enthusiastic in all situations from gutting a target to playing a round of cards with strangers.  Her disposition and delicate looks put people off guard and she feels no need to correct them. She likes her job and testing herself against strong opponents. What she likes more is being able to use her blades to earn that money. Although not obsessed with money, she likes having it more than spending it. 

Degen wouldn’t mind helping out someone as long as its not too much of a bother or costs her anything. She isn’t predisposed to senseless violence but if a job says to leave no witnesses she’ll do it without hesitation.


Bio:
Her parents were murdered and she was taken in by the street samurai who did it. The shadowrunner life is all she knows and she grew to love it.  Her foster father trained her in his speciality which was blades. She loved and hated her foster father in such a way that her options were either to kill in or leave. After considering those options she left when he was off on another job. She packed up the necessities and her weapons and set off to Australia, as far away from him as possible.

 As she established herself as a street samurai she found a mentor who specialized in hand to hand combat and firearms. She took to unarmed combat more than firearms but her first love will always be her sword.
