[b]Wire:[/b] Seiko's quirk is a transformation type, allowing him to 'unravel' his body into metal wire, which can be used in a variety of creative ways. He can turn his entire body into wire and retain his sentience and intelligence. In terms of weaknesses, this 'unravelling' process takes time, as does reverting the wire back into body parts. He's also ver vulnerable in this state, and if the metal wire is severed, it's akin to losing a limb. However, wire can be soldered or welded back to normal, thus reattaching the limb in question.
