Well, I now have an account of the general technological progress of this civilisation. It'll be better once the documents I sent to the tech analysts back at the Encyclopedia get back to me with how advanced they actually are. Now I need to find out who knows the most history—I have everything up to the collapse and no further.

One the one hand, I can accelerate natural change—change is about the most orderly that chaos can get. On the other hand, I can make disruptive things happen using a combination of reality-warping magic and other spells.
