The Voice, though powerful, came with a price. The more people he effected at once and longer he used it, the more damage was done. Marcus watched as the speedster zipped to him and began to buzz like some superpowered fly that Marcus wanted to swat. Then the man put his hand's on the large man's shoulders and he glared at him. He growled deep from his throat and almost considered turning him inside out. When the hands left he relaxed a bit and spoke. "It won't work on machines or beings who don't understand me. Touch me again and I'll promise you pain without end" he said in a gruff tone. Marcus looked up to see the massive robot step forward once before exploding spectacularly. Then a being with a Looney Tunes style bazooka jumped on the wreckage and introduced herself. Marcus sighed and rolled his eyes. Wonderful. Zas. She annoyed him. Her mind was like a bag of cats. Her presence made his skin itch. Magic. Then another super appeared and proceeded to tell them that if they wanted to live to follow her. He recognized her. Tiara Mae, a frostmancer. Ruthless and scheming. Then the fisherman spoke, criticizing and commenting on foreigners, commenting how he hated Ireland. Marcus seemed genuinely amused by this. "Foreigners? You're one to talk. I can smell the Eldritch energy on you like rot" he said with a shake of his head. He wasn't sure what this "fisherman" was but he was definitely not a human being.
