Her mother tried to pull her in for a hug and photograph, but Guin just roughly brushed Maddie aside, causing the reality star to scream as if frightened. She kept eye contact with Kilgrave once he made it, eventually standing right next to Lance as she stared forward at him. She tried to open her mouth to curse at him or to tell P.H.I.L. to enact his primary protocol, but she couldn't even move her mouth. In some ways, it felt like an out of body experience - and in others, it wasn't like that at all.
