The Wolf is usually a extrmely calm individual. From the records collected he seems to act heavly on emotions rather than logic when but in a stressful situation. He has no remorse and no regret and possibly no sentience left. His personality changes due to the role he plays in his Operation's as intended. In disuise he will completely change his personality to fit the role until his mission has been acomplished. Not enough information has been collected to accuratly state his personality after his escape. Although from the documentations of his true form, Markus was a quiet man who only came out of his shell with his friends or family.

Nothing solid evidence of the existence or the history of the Howling Commando has ever been found by Shield. Only a few snip-bits of information recovered from Hydra has created a small frame of the Man under the Mask. With with the help of educated guessing and other nation's records, The Howling Commando history is composed of the following:

A ex WWI Storm trooper who eventually became a member of the WWII Sturmabteilung, Markus Fischer(?) eventually joined the ranks of Hydra. During their initial set back due to Howling Commando team and efforts of the Legendary Captain America, Hydra put Markus into the Howling Commandos Program. Originally created to Kill Captain America and become their Super Solider. Certain set backs had occurred(?) (Possibly the Success of the Winter Soldiers Program) and was kept in Cryostasis longer. His assignment was changed to become a safeguard. If any of the Winter Soldiers were to defect or go Rogue he was to be dispatched to return them to Hydra(?). Complications occurred and the Howling Commando went Rogue(?). Now on the loose with no known motives or destination.

Discovery of his existence was found at a raided Hydra Facility. Whole buildings being wiped clean from life, bodies torn apart and shot. A surviving Hydra agent spoke of the assailant on his death bed. [i]"We thought we could tame the Wolf we bred. When it bit the hand that fed it, we tried to discipline it. Now it is on the loose, with no master holding his leash. What have we done...".[/i]

[u]Artificially Enhanced Physiology[/u]: The Howling Commando was one of many prisoners of war used in Zola's quest to recreate the Super Soldier Serum and received an alternate formula variation. Zola further refined his body in the Howling Commando Program, ultimately creating as a Safeguard to eliminate and hide any evidence of the existence of the others that received the Serum. Such as the ones under the Winter Soldier Project. The Howling Wolf was to mimic the abilities and advanced physiology of Captain America, but received advanced training in Assassination and Covert Operations. Ironically named the [i]Howling Commando[/i] to poke fun of the original WWII group lead by Captain America.

[u]Advanced Firearm's, Covert operations, Unconventional Warfare, and Martial Arts training[/u]

[u]Dire Wolf Armor:[/u] This Armor only refers to the chest piece and the Helmet of the Howling Commando. Made of light layers of titanium to stop small-arms fire and provide overall protection. The Helmet offers a HUD that displays various information of his situation in real time. The Helmet has been graphed to the face of him and wires permanently wrap around his Brain and spinal cord, allowing his brain to instantly take in all information being passed to him. The front of the face plate is similar to a Nano Mask.

[u]Cybernetic Limbs:[/u] Created from Weaved titanium and metal alloy, the Legs and Arms of the Howling Commando are cybernetic replacements. Giving them additional strength to his already Super Human Abilities.

[u]Dire Claws:[/u] Each Hand's Digits are replaced with Vibranium and sharpened to be used as a Weapon themselves while still allowing full range of motion.

[u]Firearms and Military grade weapons[/u]: Whatever usually found, although he usually is seen carrying Two Handguns sidearms.

[b][u][color=a0410d]Weakness[/color][/u][/b]
[u]Triggers:[/u] Certain images, sounds, and words make the Howling Commando drop to his knees in pain as a flood of broken memories, images, and flashes race through his mind. Sometimes enough to leave him unconscious.

[u]Unstable:[/u] The Howling Commando's emotions are in the extreme. Simple annoyance turned to rage, sadness to misery, and affection to full blown love. Although he has learned to keep them in check, sometimes if too many emotions cycle at once he can't contain them no longer.

[u]Animals:[/u]  The Howling Commando seems to value the life of animals more than Humans. Seeing animals in pain or mistreated or even in danger will cause him to act out.

[u]Brain Washing:[/u] Due to the amount of brainwashing done by Hydra, the Howling Commando can be controlled by Operatives that know of his past. Either by Code phrases or Numbers said in a specific order.
