I declare this RP... open!

So, as I've said a few times, the RP will begin in Washington D.C, one of the reported locations of the artifacts. All eight armies are present in the city and most have by now fortified an area of the city as their own, the exceptions being the Metal, the Dragons and the Angels, as the former two don't really fortify territory as much as blow through the place pursuing their objectives and the Angels have their own command center - a giant golden airship in the clouds that's probably visible from almost anywhere in the city.

Obviously, the goal is to have all the characters meet up and begin the adventure, but that doesn't have to happen right away. You can be in the vicinity of my first IC post if you want, or you can start somewhere else in the city where other people can join you, and the different groups can all meet up more organically. I look forward to seeing what you guys come up with!
