Steal their supplies to keep expenses low, take their tougher men as slaves to work on our galley or be sold elsewhere, take some cute girls for the trip and sell them on the market ..."[/b]  The man's face flushed a bit, making it clear that he had in fact very little experience especially with the final part of his statement.
