Chief King was a busy fellow, but he glanced up from his desk and looked over at David, addressing the other detective as Jones in order to prevent any mistakes. He glanced at the clock before deciding that giving out some information before the briefing wouldn't be so terrible. "As a matter of fact, you're mostly correct. I would have expected some dignity from this part of town, but I'm afraid to state that the grisly crime that's occurred at the stock market is quite a grievous one. Although we're free from the organized crime of the Industrial District, this posh district is rampant with murders, mostly stemming from people's financial greed." As a matter of fact, this district was actually the second most dangerous district, if King didn't count the constant amount of times that they were called down to the University to clean up whatever mess the students left behind after going mad with alcohol. He sighed, before asking Jones, "Have you checked with Ramirez about Tony's files? I want to make sure that there's no loopholes left for the man." Jones immediately replied in a sound tone, sure of what he was about to say. "The odds of Tony breaking out of prison or abusing some loophole are about as slim as Salvador crawling out of his grave, sir," Jones informed King. "I've checked with Ramirez and although he has the chance to appeal to a higher court, I wouldn't count on it. We've recorded his confession from court and we've pocketed all of the evidence that he had on him into the evidence locker." King seemed fairly pleased with it and gave Jones a commendation, just as the clock ticked forward by another minute.
