ERP. We all know about it. We all see it being alluded to in certain checks. We've all probably...well...probably not all done it but it's fair to say that we all have [i]thoughts[/i] about it be they negative, positive, or somewhere inbetween. It's as much a part of RP as anything else even if much of the time people like to pretend otherwise. 

This topic is for people to discuss their thoughts on the subject matter free of judgment or ridicule which I suspect will last about ten posts, if it even gets that far. It goes without saying that because this is a [i]mature[/i] subject matter that [i]maturity[/i] is expected but then, we're all mature folks here.
