The entire river valley is referred to as the Ordo'Hyryyn, or the Vale of Ordov, and is entirely populated by Ordovin speaking humans, and their clan holds and tribal kingdoms. The Dominion formed in the west during the Purge; the east was never part of the "Dominion," but was part of a united Ordov when the region was ruled by the Thirteen Families.
