I will get to work on a terminology section/Nasu guide for anything relevant to servants, magecraft, and all that. That way this will be easier and fun for newcomers.

Lesser Ruler in this case just means that, while a Ruler is applicable, they'd be working for a full Ruler(an NPC I made).
