Likhoradka Rather than simply tearing the gun from the mystery man’s hand as intended Alina found herself holding the front half of the revolver in between her teeth. This was no mean feat as usually it would be impossible for her mutated appendage to be able to bite through metal; either the gun was poorly made or she still held more strength left over than she thought from her earlier meal. In any case, though surprised she was never one to pass up a free meal. Alina swiftly took the entire piece of revolver into her second mouth and closed it with a snap, the metal disappearing as soon as her teeth met. Pulling her appendage back into her body the one-eyed villain gave the masked hero a wide grin as he raged about his destroyed weapon. She wasn’t able to tell through his helmet, but she wondered what kind of expression he was making right now? Angry? Shocked? Afraid? She would bet it was amusing, whatever it was. “Oops. Guess I don’t know my own strength. Buuuuuut, I think you got ripped off if it breaks that easily.” As the hero charged at her, holding the young girl who had come to her aid in front of him as a shield, she could only smile wider. These heroes were so amusing in the way they thought; they always, even the dark and mysterious ones with trench coats and guns, thought that their enemy would react the same way they would when faced with something. That they would be scared by threats of violence, or hesitate if an innocent life was put at risk. So what if you have a shield little hero? You said it yourself, I eat people. Do you think I’ll think twice because she helped me? I’ll cut straight through her to get to you and then I’ll make sure you lose more than just a gun for the all the trouble you’ve caused me. “You silly boy. Don’t you know hostages only work against heroes?” the smile on Alina’s face bared all of her sharp teeth and the look in her eye didn’t at all match the cutesy little voice she was putting on. Breaking into a run she charged forward to meet the hero and his prisoner only to stop short and throw a side kick at Riko’s ribs, pivoting on one leg as she put enough force into the hit to hopefully send the young girl flying out of the heroes grasp.
