[b]Appearance:[/b] Marlon is tall and somewhat skinny, standing at 6'1". He has light skin and ashy blonde hair, but he mostly keeps an overall dirty and rusty look. He wears a buttoned shirt with a grey vest, and occasionally wears a brown trench coat along with it. His pants match the color of his trench coat and he also wears two gun holsters in his waist, for storing his revolvers. Marlon also wears an eye patch, not for cosmetics, but for keeping his power in check.

[b]Personality:[/b] Marlon is generally a laid-back person. He can be quite scruffy and has a lone wolf mentality when doing jobs. He has an odd viewpoint on other people and life with an equally odd moral code. He fights for mutant cause but as his comrades describe it, "is quite half-assed about it". Overall both his allies and enemies suggest that it's best to let him do his own things in his own way.

[b]Background:[/b] Marlon's past has always been blurry, even to his comrades. All we know is that he was orphaned at a young age and spent most of his time with the underground mutant population. Eventually like most mutants in the underground, he joined the rebellion to attempt to bring social justice to mutantkind. He trained in hand-to-hand combat and sharpshooting, figuring that it would pair well with his abilities. Marlon then proceeded to rise up the ranks, making him one of the deadliest and most respected members of the rebellion.

[b]Ability:[/b] Eternal Eye
Marlon's right eye is tremendously powerful. If given sight, it essentially turns his brain and eyes into a supercomputer. He can perceive his surroundings slower, allowing for deceptively quick reactions. He also processes information much faster than an ordinary human, and can predict his opponent's actions accurately, even sometimes to the point where he can mimic his opponent's movements.

Marlon can not sustain using his powers for long though. His right eye is incredibly sensitive, which is why he wears an eye patch. However, even without his powers Marlon's reactions are already faster than a normal human's and he also has photographic memory. Whether these abilities are part of his powers are unknown.
