[b]Appearance:[/b] Having the height of 5’2, Phan sometimes uses her mutation to make herself look taller. Her pale skin, red eyes and long, black, silky hair helps her intimidate people at first glance. She likes to keep her hair tied at nearly all times. The red military-styled costume she wears is actually a cosplay outfit from a character she likes. She wears it as it reminds her that she is always waging war on society. 

[b]Personality:[/b] Phan is kind of unexplainable. She’s sly, cunning and untrustworthy. All of this done just for her sole amusement. Phan loves to lie, and she is also good at catching other people’s lies sometimes. It’s as if she doesn’t take truths seriously. Outside of truths and lies, she has a goofy side and doesn’t know when to actually show that part of hers, causing her to smirk and laugh in dire situations. Overall, there are many parts of her that remain a mystery, and it’s best to not take anything given by her for granted.

Phan suffers from PTSD after her experiments, but managed to somewhat get over it by constantly lying to herself that she’s fine.

[b]Background:[/b] Phan grew up in San Francisco as an optimistic and caring person, a contrary to what she had become. She was pure and kindhearted, an angel of some sorts in the family. It all changed when her family was infected by the virus – through unknown means – and became a target to the military. Eventually, soldiers found Phan and killed her parents in front right in front of her very eyes. As for her, she was taken to a government laboratory along with her twin brother and became lab rats, forced to be experimented, tortured, and altered all in the name of science.
At that time, Phan had awakened to her ability to create illusions, and that same power backfired when the scientists caused her to start hallucinating. She was forced to watch her parents die repeatedly in multiple ways, watch the world as it became a barren wasteland, and many more, all in an attempt to brainwash her. Fortunately, Phan managed to escape from the hallucinations and get herself together again, enough to use her illusions to escape the lab and go into hiding. Now being the only member of her family who survived, Phan spent the next few years trying to regain her place in society, starting from coping with her PTSD and getting a job in Luxury Liquor.
Phan had suffered in many ways due to what the government did to her. She also knew there were many others who suffered the same fate all because of a virus. Now, she joins the rebellion in an attempt to find a chance to take revenge on what they did – both for her, and for her family.

[b]Ability:[/b] Illusion 
Phan’s mutation allows her to enter a person’s mind and toy with them. She can confuse them by tricking their senses, create feelings of stress and anxiety, even tricking them to kill. Phan can also make others hallucinate, creating objects in their mind that aren’t actually there. One of her common uses of this ability is to mask her expressions and make herself look taller.
The side effect of this ability is that it causes her to experience migraines. The longer she uses them, the more painful it gets. Her illusions can also create loopholes at times.
