She is heinous, jealous, and greedy, known as a pirate to the Greeks of her time. While her reasons for being the way she is are quite justified, she has turned into a warmonger beyond comprehension. This perhaps being to fill the void lost with her late husband and son, but it has become twisted like her feline image. She takes what she believes she deserves with calculated cruelty, and has done so many-many times in the past. Her wish for the Grail is to be reborn so she may return home and reclaim her kingdom once again and begin her own conquest upon the world.
Bio:
Artemesia was a Greek queen of the ancient Greek city-state of Halicarnassus and of the nearby islands of Kos, Nisyros and Kalymnos, within the Achaemenid satrapy of Caria, in about 480 BCE. Her husband was the former king before his Assassination, the assailant being an official within his own court. Her son being too young take the throne, relinquished the crown to herself. She herself had a natural indifference for her fellow countrymen eventually leading to her siding with the enemy. She fought as an ally of Xerxes I, King of Persia against the independent Greek city states during the second Persian invasion of Greece. She personally commanded her contribution of five ships at the naval battle of Artemisium and in the naval Battle of Salamis in 480 BCE. She is mostly known through the writings of Herodotus, himself a native of Halicarnassus, who praises her courage and the respect in which Xerxes held her.
Weapon:
Artemesia is a commander more than she is a warrior, she was not known for her swordsmanship or her skills in archery, nor known for any martial prowess. Instead she embodies the soldiers that she led, and the fleets she commanded. Though to defend herself as any noble spirit should, she is armed with a beautiful Persian Scimitar gifted to her by Xerxes. Her attire reflects a more modern naval officer.

Parameters

Strength: C Endurance: B Agility: B Mana: C Luck: B Class Skills: • Magic Resistance (C+) - Like all riders Artemesia has inherent resistance to magic. She is capable of withstanding magecraft to a great degree, her specialization is a strange kind of avoidance that allows spells to miraculously miss her. • Riding - Nullified due to Voyage skill. Personal Skills: • Voyage (A) - Due to her historical fame rooted to naval conquest under Xerxes, Artemesia is granted nativity over boats in exchange for the loss of being able to ride horses or chariots. • Independant Action (C+) - Her dedication and strong-will of trusting in her own wits is what garnered Xerxes’ favor. She was intelligent beyond her age, and acted based on knowledge alone. Because of her nature and keen sense of self, she was granted this skill at the rank of A. This allowing her to operate without being nourished by her master for about a week. • Coan Wrath Upon Her Fleet (B) - Artemesia journeyed to Cos with a mission to slaughter the Coans that called the island their home, though the gods did not wish for this to be. Setting her fleet's ships ablaze with lightning and causing her to have hallucinations of Heroic Spirits attacking her and her men. She would however return many years later with bolstered confidence and twice the manpower, succeeding in eradicating the Coans. This grants the commander an affinity against Divine units. • Command of the Strategist (C+) - Bolsters troops into acting briefly without reason, but will not charge headlong to their death. No Quarter Under Allied Flags is an Anti-Army Noble Phantasm that turns an enemy unit’s army against their master, this is fundamental for heroic spirits whom create beings to fight for them, and she oft kills off these pawns after their use is extinguished. Being seduced by Artemesia’s words, they become her own units and gain the multipliers that her own units would gain. • Burning Standard of Athens (A+) - Artemesia was born of Greek royal blood, it due to the hardships of her family and the murder of her husband that she defects to assist the Persians. While being a mirror of old Athens, it is a burning ruins compared to its former self. The city is filled to the brim with Persian Soldiers killing Greek men, women, and children. The forces of Xerxes and the heroes who served him stand ready for battle and along the coastline are countless Persian ships. All units gain any multipliers she would prior have. She is able to manifest partitions of this Noble Phantasm for situational use; ala, summoning a three to five Persian soldiers or a Persian ship.
