It was a Hammer Industries lab of sorts, and the last place he wanted to be was anywhere near Hammer, especially after what happened last time, also known as the party not too long ago. He needed to get away, but his powers weren't helping him out, and he had just then caught his breath from he Hulk gripping him too tightly. His powers did the occasional spark, but that was about it.
