[color=ed145b][b]Runes[/b][/color]. Unlike most mages Bell knows how to create powerful runes with varying effects. Ranging from effecting the body in positive or negative manners too effecting material objects in various ways. The more complex the rune the stronger its effects. For these runes to work she must place the mark on the person or object and seal it with a spoken word. Once marked the sealing adheres the mark to the surface of which it is placed and becomes quite difficult to remove. Depending on the manner of which the seal is placed depends on how long the seal lasts, ranging from 24 hours to a week before Bell needs to re-infuse the mark onto the surface; This includes method of marking and complexity of rune. While the rune may remain without Bell infusing them with Magical energy they lose their effects; she can only feed so many runes at one time. Oddly the more complex the drawn rune the less it feeds off her Magic. While most runes have a simplified version they often either require more Magic to function or have reduced effects; or even the culmination of the two. The effects and where the rune is placed are very important to the whole process. Rune brands can be placed over snug clothes as long as it has approximate skin contact, though they can be negated by simply removed that article of clothes or at least the portion it is placed upon.

She tries not to draw too much attention to herself, working best out of view of most people. She is terribly embarrassed by her clumsy nature thus making her unnoticeable being for the best to save her from embarrassment. It also helps to keep people from noticing her as she would need to draw her runes unhindered.[/indent]
