Somewhere in New York.....

A dark room. Only a single light in the center shone, and even then it was dim, blocked by a thick layer of dust that covered the edges of the bulb. The room had nothing of import, save for one of the walls. Dressed on the wall was an intricate web of string and photos. The display was clearly split into two distinct halves, with very few connecting these almost separate entities. A woman with bright green hair was currently staring at the aforementioned wall, a small smirk tugging at the edges of her delicate lithe lips. She was looking at the two pictures at the center of both webs. One was a a picture of what seemingly looked like the green haired woman standing next to a happy Salem. The second picture on the other side was almost a duplicate of the Salem photo except this time Salem had been replaced for Aloysius, looking slightly happier than his normal self. "Quite the band of vagabonds they have assembled, do you not think?" The woman spoke out, her voice quiet and timid. At first you could mistake her for talking to herself, however two others were in that room also, only distinguished from the darkness by a small trace of light bouncing off the smallest fraction of their bodies. The mysterious woman took a step forward, the rest of the wall now coming into focus. Branching from each of these two central images of the faction leaders were photos of every other known member of their respective organisations. Of course, The Guild was huge, and only contained most of the central leadership and anyone else below that, that was worth a mention. The Dark Shadow was alot smaller naturally, after all, they were supposed to be the guerrilla unit. "It seems these two are about to go at it again. How many more people do you think will die in their little of game of chess this time? hmmm?" It was hard to tell if the greenhead was asking a question, or asking it rhetorically. "It doesn't matter though. We are coming to put them all out of their misery. They have no idea of the power we wield" The two figures would finally step out of the darkness, basking in the dim light: One male, one female. Both had blonde hair that shine the brightest in the dimly lit room. Both had fire in their eyes. They both had their reasons for being here. Revenge. Revenge was a catch-all term to describe their reasoning. All three were hungry for war. They might have different targets, but they were united in the goal of bringing both Salem and Aloysius down. They didn't care about the Magi, or the NonMagi. They couldn't give two flying fucks about the stupid war between The Guild and the Dark Shadow. "Who are you looking forward to killing the most?" The woman turned around to face them, the small smirk from before had grown in size, her heart beating faster now as the thoughts of the upcoming hunt raced through her mind. Just like the other two, she was just as hungry. She couldn't wait to see Aloysius and Salem, to see the looks on thier thier faces. She could picture it now. The looks of horror, confusion and terror pasted on their faces. Hell had returned. "Soon...so very soon... We shall rise. No one will stop us. We are Artemis, and we are unstoppable!" The female almost shouted the last part. Pride taking over. She had waited years for this. She did not need an army, she had the two strongest comrades she could ask for."Bring them all on. We will rip them all apart!"
