He immediately slammed on the accelerator and sent the car speeding down several streets in the reverse order of what Charles saw just a few moments ago, as the vehicle narrowly missed several turns, but surely enough, managed to reach the stock market in a record-breaking time as Zeus intercepted another phone call. "Well, I gotta go take care of another client, but go get that killer, Charles!" Just as Charles would step out of the vehicle, Zeus would speed down the streets at his usual pace, putting his own life at risk as he sped off to pick up another stock trader. However, Charles would also have his phone number on hand, so he could call Zeus whenever he wanted to have him drive him around the city.

As for Jones and James, they were also approaching the stock market, getting out of their patrol car at around the same time as Charles left the taxi. And just as they did, they would come face to face with a man who couldn't be older than 30 with blonde hair and a black suit that was rather similar to the victim's.
