Yep, that's a perfect example of how an NPC can help a rag-tag bunch of misfits not be so mis-fitted. Without Telma, how would we have convinced the blood thirsty desert savage to help save the new heir of the kingdom that ransacked her home? Then again...

"The dog that barks is too busy to bite, young lady. For all your bluster, it seems to me you might just be [i]scared[/i] to go down into the damp dark well and possibly fight your way through the entire castle guar--"
