[b]Appearance:[/b] A war-torn soldier with a history filled with bloodshed, Jack has a very muscular body and stands at 6'5" in height and 150 lbs in weight. His attire includes a black plain t-shirt as well as military pants and boots. Jack equips himself with a metal chestplate on top of his shirt which extends to the shoulder pads. He lost his left arm after an assault and had it replaced with a metal one instead. It comes with two modes - one taking the form of a normal hand, and one being a built-in pulse rifle - and Jack can easily switch between modes to his leisure.

Jack lost his eye the same way he lost his arm, and it was also replaced with an artificially made eye. It comes with a built-in flashlight, which causes it to glow orange if needed. Otherwise, Jack often covers it with an eyepatch.

[b]Personality:[/b] Jack has all the traits of a normal soldier. He is disciplined and focused both in combat and outside of battles. He doesn't like backing out of fights and enjoys rising up to challenges, although in fear he would overdo his opponent due to his great strength and stamina. Jack is also known for having a weird sense of humor, and his jokes don't always connect with his audience.

In combat, Jack gets extremely serious and never holds back. He also has a habit of mocking his opponents to draw out their temper and find openings to attack. He is ruthless, doesn't show any mercy, and overall someone you don't want to mess with.

[b]Background:[/b] Jack, or Colonel Peeves according to his World War II biodata, is a ghost of the past - a person who wasn't supposed to exist in the 21st century. Originally thought to have disappeared somewhere near the Bermuda Triangle during a flight and never to be seen again, the soldier reappeared in New York through unknown means, not aware of how much the world had changed all around him. The shock from realizing just that sent him running down the streets, fighting through a barricade of police officers as they tried to apprehend him.

Jack was soon taken in by the military and given a place to stay at one of their camps, where he spent the next few months rebooting his body and combat mastery with constant training, all while he tries to become used to the new world he had found himself in. Now back to tip-top shape, he was enlisted by the government to join the United States Anti Mutant Division as the person in command. His goal? to eradicate every single mutant in the country.

Unbeknownst to him and everyone else, Jack had been infected by the mutation virus during his rehabilitation phase. It didn't become apparent to him until much later, to which he decided to keep hidden to the rest of the world. Until now, nobody knows of its existence.

Jack can absorb kinetic energy from anything it touches, which can later be distributed to amplify his own blows. It can come from physical punches, bullets, falling debris, almost anything that moves towards his direction. This also means he can pretty much absorb most physical attacks (ex. punches, bullets, etc).
