It had taken much longer than expected to reach the island with the main mast destroyed. With the help of Captain Bigheads devil powers and his insane strengthening routines, it was almost no effort for him to lift the fallen shaft so that Klank could mount and secure it back in place. Every so often, he would glance towards the island from his perch near where the pillar had cracked in half. The closer they got, the easier it was to make out a figure on the shore. "Captain," Klank shouted. "Someone is on the island." "What's he doing," Bighead yelled as he approached the head of the ship. After a few moments of squinting his eyes and shading them from the bright sun, "It looks like he's waiting." Bighead leaned forward, his head bigger than ever and eyes protruding from his sockets like a sick pair of scopes. "Hmm!" he said to himself. "I see." "What CAN'T you see with eyes like that." Klank mocked in disgust. The strange things his captain did always through him for a loop. Captain Bighead ignored him as he observed. "There's a raft. It's obliterated. And he's smiling." "Think he was trying to escape?" Klank questioned. "Possibly." A huge smile spread across his face. Klank noticed and immediately knew what the man was thinking. "For the love of all the Blue Seas, Captain. If you're planning to take this man as a part of the crew, don't put him through your ridiculous test. This is why we have no other crew." The captain laughed. "You're here." "Cause I'm stupid." Now, the island was close and Klank began preparing the anchor for the drop. A few minutes later the two finally lowered a small makeshift moat klank had made a few days ago. Their last one was destroyed by Bigheads usual antics. Like on the ship, the captain perched himself at the front, his head doubling as a figurehead, not that it was needed for this small craft. It didn't take long for them to reach the shore and eventually walk themselves to this mysterious man and what Klank thought was a sorry excuse for a raft. That would be his first task. While Bighead prepared to recruit, Klank would fix this mans creation, knowing full well that he might buckle under the captains pressure like all the rest.
