For many of the corrupted Magical Girls residing there, it has been their homes for some time. No one knows how Miso City came to be, or why it was built in the first place. And to be honest, no one really cares anyway. To the residential occupant of grand Miso City, no event is taken in shock, at least not anymore. The city is said to possess a charm to it, along with a bad habit of weird occurrences within its borders. How much of it is to blame for magic, Nightmare, or something else is for the residents to discover. More importantly, it is home to Miso City High and, by extension, the Detention Club. So long as the Club is never betrayed and never disrupted, dark Magical Girls are free to do what they please within Miso City. Be it exploring the layout and its secrets, hunting ground for Nightmares, or something more, the choice is theirs to take. Even if the nights have been suddenly getting that much darker, that much colder. One such oddity within the city is the destroyed Font of Ouroboros. Located in an alcove within the city sewer, it resembles a pair of three statues with water running off them. Moss grows around the base of these statues as a result of the water. The Water used to function as a purified still of concentrated mana-water working effectively as a fountain of youth. However due to city infrastructure, the ancient system has been irreversibly damaged. So it can no longer grant eternal youth. Only increased longevity, and even then said longevity is only effective in small animals. As a result rats in Miso city are generally capable of living twice or even four times as long as the average city rat. Of course, there's no actual proof of any of this, but....[/i] [/hider][/hider] [hider=Miso City High][hider=Nurse] [b]Name:[/b] Nuruzumi Aizawa [b]Gender:[/b] Female [b]Appearance: [/b]Nuruzumi is a school nurse whom does her job in a uniform that is extremely well kept and hygienic. She keeps her clothes in an almost OCD like neatness, and is commonly seen adjusting her outfit. Which consists of a simple pink blouse and floral patterned bottoms. Explanation: Nuruzumi is the school nurse for Miso High, and as such she takes great pride in her work. Always the type to make sure her tools are extensively clean and that her treatments however minor are handled with the utmost compassion and care. So even if she looks a little fidgety the average student at Miso can rest assured that they are in perfectly safe hands with her. [/hider] [hider=Headmaster] [b]Name:[/b] Rire Kurukara [b]Gender:[/b] Male [b]Appearance:[/b] A youthful headmaster with whom dresses for success commonly found in a well dressed business attire, Considering he is the type of individual to always show off. His outfits varies day by day by the pattern on his inner shirt beneath his black waistcoat. Explanation: Rire Kurukara, a youthful headmaster brought in to replace the old headmaster as a result of a recent PR calamity as a result of a particular missing student. He is a man that values eccentricity and thus is known to boast about his accolades as he walks through the halls, much to the chagrin of older faculty members. He seems pretty popular with parents though, which is why he was instated in order to give the school better PR. [/hider] [hider=Janitor] [b]Name:[/b] Ryuunosuke Aizawa [b]Gender:[/b] Male [b]Appearance:[/b] Ryuunosuke is an individual that dresses for functuality over form its not uncommon to see him in a mismatched patchwork of colors of wahtever spare clothes he has. Meaning that he can be quite the eyesore to look it. It can be noted that Ryuunosuke has quite scarred skin around his hands as a result of his manual labour job as the janitor at the school. A job he has worked ceaselessly for over 15 years. [b]Explanation:[/b] Ryuunosuke is the school janitor and the father of the school nurse, Nuruzumi. He is a hardworking man whom never takes a day off even when he is sick. He is the unsung hero of Miso Academy, as he makes sure any mess is quietly and discreetly cleaned up with his mop. [/hider][/hider] [hider=The Detention Club][center][img]https://i.imgur.com/bhOr8U3.jpg[/img][/center] [hr] A group of individuals, and more importantly, Magical Girls, who share the selfish same beliefs; the Detention Club is what connects these dark warriors together. Hosted in Miso City High, it is the hangout spot and organization your characters are affiliated with. What passes off as mundane club activities are, in actuality, meetings and assigned dealings among the Dark Magical Girls living in Miso City. It's said the Club leader intentionally uses it for dark deeds. Two reigning rules govern the Detention Club: No killing outside of Nightmares and no exposing themselves to the world outside of Magical Girls.[/hider] [hider=Nightmares][center][img]https://i.imgur.com/bQ931IS.png[/img][/center] [hr] The many and miscellaneous monsters you will encounter in your story. Nightmares are the source of grief and darkness among the world, serving as the titular enemy to all Magical Girls. While those of the light are sworn to vanquish them to protect humanity, there’s no real gain in doing so. As Dark Magical Girls, slaying Nightmares bolsters your own power, further leading you into corruption. They're said to be most active during the night, particularly when the moon is nigh. Magical Girls are given tools of light upon their first transformation. But as they slip further into corruption, so too do their weapons reflect their new hearts. For example, what once may be ribbons have now turned into chains, bubble guns into grenade launchers, etc. [/hider] [hider=Mascots][center][img]https://i.imgur.com/MRNRBPS.gif[/img][/center] [hr] Creatures taken the form of cats from beyond who form pacts with Magical Girls, giving them their unique powers and serving as their guides. Lacking a face and features, they often describe themselves with cute emoticons and other symbols upon their screens. Curiously enough, Mascots don’t seem to be affected in either appearance or nature when Magical Girls become corrupted with darkness. The group of Dark Magical Girls known as the Detention Club in Miso City currently have one residing Mascot overseeing them. Emblems come in a variety of forms, be it small accessories or even tattoos. They are the source of a Magical Girl’s power and damaging or removing them will greatly hinder battle strength and vitality. Emblems are a Magical Girl’s greatest asset….and most vulnerable weakness. Destroying one will end a Magical Girl’s life. [/hider][/center][/color]
