[b][color=DB7093]Personality:[/color][/b] Sara like most Psi of Earth has been indoctrinated in a code of ethics since she first displayed her mental talent projective omnilingualism at 2 years of age. (Her mother a powerful telepath who works for Earth security said it was so she could be better understood by the adults around her and she understand them) This ethical training means she cannot lie if asked a direct question and even should she try her lie be exposed by her body language or her blurting out that she’s lying.

Friendly Sara is always ready to help people around her if it is within her abilities to do so.

[b][color=DB7093]Family History:[/color][/b] Born into the Winter’s Family a family of Psi known as Primaries who work in critical roles for the Earth government in capacities such as Law Enforcement, Mental Health, Navigators, and other professions that benefit from having powerful Psi talents in their service. Born into the Helsinki branch of the Winters family as the 3rd daughter of Franz Schubert Winters and Sylvia Tyrell Winters she was classified as a diplomatic class Psi at the age of 4 due to her unique talent at translation psionics that unlike most omnilingualist Psi is able to project and area effect field which allows all assembled in it to communicate without effort or lag.

One of 12 children Sara is the 7th child of the union and a sought after female among the 9 families because of her special talent expected to marry into either the Astors, Emmets, or Klines and was sent to ACE in expectation that her future use will be as a special envoy. 

Trained in Osaka at the Zeki school her other talents are rated as average and her translation talent her only special skill (only 4 Psi have been known to have her same talent) she is considered important enough genetically that before she was allowed to attend ACE she was harvested and her ovum placed in the Winter’s trust for safekeeping should something happen to her.
