Yeah I have no idea what I'm doing please be nice 

I've been roleplaying since I was about 11, I started out on a site called Warrior Cats RPG, and that site had been since shut down so now I exclusively play a game called Xanje. The roleplaying community there hasn't been very active, and honestly I miss having 20 different stories going as a child so I'm trying my hand at joining another roleplaying forum.

My name is Milo and I like to think I'm semi-advanced? I can write a minimum of 2 paragraphs and a max of around 8 if I try hard enough but sometimes my mind goes blank you know? I have one character right now that I'm hoping to get out more, since I only use him in roleplays with one person. 

I also roleplay with fandom-based characters, if that's a thing here? I like Marvel, Star Wars and Star Trek and back in the day I used to roleplay characters from those things, I'm not sure if people here do it much. This looks a lot more like a D&D type site, but I'm still interested. 

But yeah if any of you can direct me to a thread with rules, or best recommend a board for me, it would be a lot of help! Thanks a bunch and I hope I can get into this website and stick around for a bit.
