[@ShwiggityShwah] Unfortunately, I am not able to accept Sakimoto Hiroki for this roleplay for a variety of reasons. I have no issues with your writing ability, mind you, but there is a lot I had to consider when I looked through the descriptive language you used in detailing your character. Ultimately there is a central and core aspect of your character that is incompatible – personal history. Outside of quirk descriptions, this is one of the primary things I weigh applications on. I’m going to keep this brief so you better understand the problems.
Hero work was a family business in Saitama. Hiroki, his mom, dad, and little brother were all heroes working for the city.
The whole premise of your characterization are based on these two sentences that preface your backstory. I’m not sure why you think this fits within the framework of a My Hero Academia setting. Not only does your backstory allude to child endangerment and other problems, it distinctly ignores canon principles that are unchanged in this roleplay. Hiroki and his brother being heroes is contradictory or at the very least distinctly illegal. You are not allowed to use your quirk in public unless you have a license which you would not be able to get prior to your enrollment at Ishin Academy. If these heroes used their children in such a way they would’ve been imprisoned and there would be a huge controversy around it. It’s not dramatic and it really doesn’t make much sense within what me and Piro are intending to build here. Beyond this there are inconsistencies and I believe the quirk has issues beyond that. I just cannot approve this application.
