Jack walked past his men and looked into Hugo's hollow eyes, arms opened as if he was expecting something from him.
"I'd say it is a pleasure to meet you, detective, but we've already got a handful to deal with" he told, proceeding to reveal a sealed folder of some sorts and handing it over to Hugo.

"These were the files sent from our lapdogs scattered all over Brooklyn. Their reports all point to the same thing, a [i]coup de grace[/i] initiative, starting from the destruction of a ministry office. Not only were we able to process that, but we were also able to find out some of them were meeting up tonight."

One of Jack's men threw him a small circular device, which Jack handed over to Hugo.

"Our mission here is to find that meeting spot and bring an end to tonight's charade. These are what we'll be using to communicate with each other." he explained.
