I don't know about holographic crews but [url=http://memory-alpha.wikia.com/wiki/Prometheus_class#Apocrypha]Memory Alpha[/url] points out that Prometheus Class ships in Star Trek Online lack the "multi vector assault mode." Th star trek wiki sites do acknowledge that the ships have holoemitters through out the ship, it does however specifically mention that they are so the EMH mark II has full access to the ship instead of being restricted to the sickbay.
