Favorite Powers: (4,  You aren't limited to them unless you are still in a pokeball.  Essentially, being turned into energy messes with your memories.  You forget how to do things sometimes, so you can really only remember 4 skills.) : Lick, Hypnosis, Spite, Smog, Scary Face

Personality: Mischievous, Loyal, Tactical, Loner

Bio: Fantasma was born in a Daycare Center and was supposed to be given to a trainer as soon as he left nursing age. His parents knew what was about to happen their only son and caused a great poison cloud in the center, giving Fantasma enough time to run before they were subdued by the trainers that visited the Daycare that time. 
Since then, Fantasma, lived in the wildness. Alone, hiding from humans when they came too close and most of the times from other Pokemon too. 
He made himself at home in a cave that was right near a river, even the water Pokemon that lived in the river knew better than to bother the Ghastly that made himself at home in the cave. 
Now and then, a trainer would try to enter the cave and Ghastly either hid or used the one ability he learned from his parents before he escaped. Hypnotize.
