As a chaotic neutral summon, Stark examines the situation at hand and applies the most 50/50 effect in optimization to both sides as to balance, but fuel the battle. 

Also I hope you aren't planning on leaving out my reasoning for this war: To see my friend [@Leysos] again after he disappeared for like, a whole 2 weeks.
