I know you as reliable player as we’ve worked together in the past. However, the quirk is something I’m not too much of a fan of. Concerns were addressed and in combination with the weird quirk the establishment of another gaijin is something we want to be very careful on accepting. I only want to accept two non-native Japanese characters, so I’m being very choosy when looking over yours and Savo’s character.

Perhaps an adjustment is in order, but right now I’m going to have to decline the character.
