It was an old habit from her military days, with her body's internal clock rarely ever failing. She hadn't drunk nearly enough to have any form of hangover, though she was slightly tired. She had been playing games with the others last night, hoping to be able to have a moment alone with Daphne but it just hadn't been in the cards, so to speak. Although she had initially intended on turning in early in order to organize her things, Atticus had been playing and she decided to change her mind. Of course, now that she was awake and saw the unpacked boxes, Dorothy set herself at putting things straight. She rose about an hour before most did on a regular basis and she managed to tidily organize her room, even setting aside a pile of books for the specific purpose of chucking at Atticus. Her face fell slightly when she realized their rooms were no longer so close together. Would they still have their book wars? She didn't know why, but she felt a bit sad at the thought of not having them anymore. Eventually, she got dressed and headed out to greet the day, determined to have a conversation with her sister. She wanted to know what Daphne's next move would be. Maybe she'd ask her about it over breakfast - figure things out.

Fitz Townsley

Location: Prometheus: Lower Deck: Single Top (7) Skills: None
Fitz woke up with an immense pain in his back, groaning slightly as he tried to roll over. He blinked, staring up at an unfamiliar ceiling. He hadn't really had anything to drink, so he had no problem remembering the night before. Fitz couldn't help but grin as he sifted through the memories. He was on a ship! He was really doing it! He was boldly going where no other sheltered man had gone before! Plus, he had also danced with a really pretty girl and had played board games all night. It took him a moment before he realized that his back hurt as he had spent the night sleeping on the ground. There was a blanket next to him and he was going to grab it to fight the cold, when he saw the pretty girl sleeping underneath it. "D-d-d-did w-w-w-we?" Fitz stammered, before letting out a sigh of relief when he saw they were both fully clothed. There was a messy pile of cards not too far from them and he started to breathe normally again. Nothing had happened after they finished playing card games - he would have remembered. Once everyone else had gone to bed after playing Cluedo, he and Daphne had just stayed up talking all night. He liked Daphne, but he didn't know if he was ready for that level of intimacy with anyone just yet. What was the protocol for this, though? Did he wait for her to wake up? He realized that she was snuggled up to him, probably for the warmth. It'd be rude if he left, wouldn't it be? He blushed furiously and tried not to think about a sleeping Daphne right next to him. There was a knock at the door and Fitz's heart fell. What if he got Daphne in even more trouble? He didn't know what to expect and he looked at the sleeping ex-pilot, really hoping she'd wake up and deal with whoever it was. "Mei-mei? I was hopin' you'd join me for breakfast," Dorothy's voice came through the door. Fitz's eyes widened. The Second in Command was Daphne's sister?! It was new information to him, as no one had mentioned that particular relation yet to the newcomers. He couldn't help but feel terrified. What if Daphne's sister thought he had slept with her? Was he going to get tossed into space like the Captain enjoyed threatening? "D-Daphne....H-help," Fitz whispered to her.
