Three concentrated phaser beams lit up the underside shield of the Ha'tak vessel engaging the USS Creed segments. It took a few seconds but eventually the shields flickered and finally a portion of the shield collapsed under the combined and focused strain. The hull of the Ha'tak vessel began giving off a mild orange glow as the phasers we're heating up the hull while at the same time the point of impact bulged inwards slightly. The assault was quickly followed by a photon torpedo yet just as it should have cleanly passed through and hit the hull of the pyramid ship its shield regained a portion of the integrity at the point of attack. The beams were suddenly being blocked again by the shield the same instant the photon torpedo also collided with the shield, engulfing a portion of the vessel in a sizable explosion. As the explosion faded smaller detonations permeated on the under side portion of the Ha'tak, indicating that a large portion of the photon tropedo's blast had bled through the weakend shield. Fighter squadrons sent by the Endeavor were amidst a fierce light show of orange and green blasts. During the initial approach the death gliders had managed to take down a number of V-Wings before the two squadrons merged and chaos erupted. Despite the superior firepower and defenses the Endeavors fighters had, in the frantic engagement some of the ARC-170s were also destroyed, yet before more losses mounted Starlight Lance fighter entered the fray and further cut down a large portion of the Goa'uld death gliders. While the death gliders tasked with dealing with the Endeavor fighters were drawing near to being completely wiped, the Endeavor itself had returned fire at the Ha'tak. Turbolaser fire had been pelting the enemy ship for a while now and the shields began to flicker occasionally allowing some turbolaser blasts through it, however that shots that did make it through did not overly damage the hull. The Starlight Lance's bow was now facing the two Ha'taks firing at it, the bow armor being even more proficient at dissipating the blasts. The Adenn now entering combat too fired a turbolaser salvo at one of the pyramid ships just as Wave Two also fired a substantial barrage of plasma bolt and beam fire. The combined attack quickly overwhelmed the Goa'uld shielding. Half the weapons fire struck the hull of the ship after the shield had collapsed completely. While individually each blast did insignificant damage, the high number of hits caused crippling damage. The orange plasma bolts fired by the Ha'tak were reduced to half in numbers as a large portion of the staff cannons either went offline or were outright destroyed. More secondary explosions due to overloading systems engulfed the ship its own debris and the motion of the ship also slowed signaling that it's sub-light engines were now offline as well. The death glider wave which had the now missing shuttle as its objective were also still being decimated by The Forge's and Liberator's detachments while the Myth also began engaging them. A portion of the still surviving death glider force focused fire on the Myth, and while most of the shots had been successfully dodged, enough of them made contact to severely weaken the Myth's shield. Likewise the Forge's assault cruiser being a similarly bigger target had also attracted a large portion of the gilder's fire, enough to fully collapse its shields before it returned to the Forge. Damage however was still limited to the armor, while leaving the hull intact.
