You do know I enjoy Resident Evil 4 wholeheartedly, right? Did you miss that being smug or something?

Look. I know Resident Evil has tacky, kitsch-type characters that would be laughable in anything but a B-Movie atmosphere. I’ve been playing this series since it came out in [i]1996[/i], so you don’t need to tell me that it’s a niche series with stupid plots and even more imbecilic characters. It’s a schlocky B-Movie horror series ramped up to 11 seen through a Japanese lens. That’s what makes it interesting to me. I [i]am[/i] consistent in what I like about Resident Evil.
