Biography (Optional):  Tar was born in northern Cyrodil and stayed there for most of his life, his research explored many morally questionable areas in both magic and alchemy. His work was greatly assisted by the acquisition of bodies through various means which inevitably lead to conflict with local authorities. He spent several years working with a high elf by the name of Kendal before they traveled to Skyrim, unknown to both of them at the time he would be following the elf several years later when his work finally crossed a line and he was forced to flee Cyrodiil and cross the border into Skyrim.

Marital Status: Single- most of his prospective partners haven't been as into corpses as he is so things tend to break down quickly when his work life comes into the discussion,also he isn't much of a lover in the first place.
