We have someone as a British SOE operative already, so that might be less useful. However, French is available as the lore (Which you will see when the OOC finally goes up) shows that the French had a remnant fleet dispatch to Vietnam and Indochina shortly after they fell. The ideal plan is to have the Soviets "outnumber" other ethnic groups for obvious reasons, though I would say I wouldn't complain too much with having a frenchie on board. Your call, though. Just make sure the balance isn't too wild.
