UNLEARNED
Flight
Her aura enables Halo to fly at incredible speeds both within and outside of the atmosphere, sailing on ultraviolet rays so powerful that she can break the sound barrier.
Hard Light Duplicate
She can create a single copy of herself that sounds and looks the same as she does, having the same weight but lacking any of her actual superpowers. The copy has no smell or taste.
Hard Light Shield
She can create a field of static photonic molecules that can maintain a paper thin space of 15' x 15' as strong as high grade bulletproof glass.
Hypnosis
By beaming a rapidly alternating sequence of colors, she can hijack a person's conscious mind and superimpose her will over their own via verbal commands. UNLEARNED
Invisibility
Halo's aura can shine in any color or none at all, making her appear one hundred percent invisible.
Laser Blast
Alpha
From her fingertips, she'll project a millimeter thin laser beam that can remove soldering from computers or, if she were aided by a surgeon, prove suitable for even the most sensitive of medical procedures.
Beta
Much more straightforward, she can hurl a bowling ball sized cluster of concussive photons that would prove lethal to an unprotected human.
Gamma
Her ultimate attack would be a continuous projection of laser light so intense that it draws all the surrounding light away from it's regular course, resulting in darkness and destruction. UNLEARNED

Protective Aura
She can alter her personal appearance at will, surrounded by a protective aura that can disperse otherwise lethal forces effortlessly, so long as she is expecting an attack.
Giftable Aura - She can additionally extend a protective aura to up two other people that can provide the same degree of selective protection and camouflage. UNLEARNED

Weaknesses:
In order to remove Halo's ability to perform any kind of attack and to nullify her aura, keep her in a pitch black environment where no light can be drawn in. If you catch her by surprise, her protective aura won't redistribute force from any attack. If neither of the above are suitable, just bully her into she kills herself.
Skills:
She's very sociable and easily likable. She's optimistic and has a magnetic personality with strong persuasive tendencies. She's pretty modest in terms of what she can do, to the point of underestimating herself frequently. She has several thousand unique followers on all of her social media platforms and has managed to make her living in recent months through freelance journalism and vlogging.
Appearance:
While she can alter her appearance at will, her unaltered state is that of a 5'8" blonde girl with an athletic build. She has a well developed upper body and a highly flexible frame comparable in development to a high tier college level cheerleader. As "Halo", she usually wears a skin-tight black uniform with a white circle over her heart and a trio of stripes washing over her costume, each being red, yellow and blue, while a quartet of white circles trace a path from her heart to the front of her right leg.
BRIEF Bio:
Before she had a halo, she had a name. Whatever it was, it was lost when she had been on a poorly timed trip to Markovia during a coup d'etat from a high ranking general who evidently had a knack for neo-nazi supervillainy. The life had been crushed out of her lungs when a bomb had demolished a cathedral. However, she would rise again when a second wind came into her, a wind named Aurakles, which also brought along a sweet suite of superpowers (including life, which is quite a boon to %99 of people who've died) in trade for her episodic memories. She ended up playing a major role in the Markovian Revolution by abetting the then-vengeful-mercenary Katana in rescuing the American Lucious Fox and assisting the fallen prince in fending off the would-be usurpers before continuing to fight for politically murky justice in Markovia, Europe as a whole, and finally the Globe before finding that Bruce Wayne had cleared a place for her and her allies in Gotham City as a sign of gratitude for saving Lucious Fox from the hands of the Markovian separatists. Called Halo on account of the brilliant light that would emenate from her being, upon channeling her abilities, she has acted as an assistant and tactical understudy to Katana, steadily developing her prowess and showing promise to one day become a proper scourge of the underworld. She managed to carve out a niche selling nonfiction pieces to local magazines and websites, providing perspective pieces that would be challenging for the typical bystander to conjure.
Story Arcs:
Halo's Horns
Who's knocking on Gaby's door? None other than Intergang stalwart Kyle Abbot, who wants to know what progress Halo had made on acquiring the Anti-Life equation. Had Gaby been an agent of Darkseid? Or is it just a ruse to lure a hero to the dark side? Plus: FUN! FUN! FUN! Katana's first time firing a gun.
Assisted Suicide
Cult leader Mr. Miklov will die by 6:00 AM, and so will all of his secrets unless Halo and company can prevent his followers from tying this loose end via explosives, fisticuffs and old fashioned gunpowder/lead team-ups. Can one teenaged girl protect this madman by herself? Probably not, but at least she can count on her friends. Can't she?
Hato To Baipa No (Of Doves & Vipers)
It's midnight in Gotham City's Burnside on May 16th and one man has been severely beaten, claims to have been mugged and been framed for a robbery he did not commit, having been maimed by none other than the Batgirl [@Lord Wraith]. There's no way the police would seriously consider investigating this man's claims or defending his civil liberties, so it falls upon Halo's shoulders. Tune in as the heart-stopping heroine teams up with this sketchy scumbag in an adventure you won't forget (unless Batgirl suggests that you do).

Supporting Characters:
Geo-Force
Synergistic crime-fighting partner useful for inspiring introspection as well as political intrigue
Katana
Mother figure & vicious vigilante
