[@Rodiak] aye that works, could have done some joint research or something in the past, probably best if we say my guy is hiding out in a cave nearby while he works (not because he's got a bounty anywhere other than Bruma yet), then when you pass your character can  drag him down with promises of power, gold and probably seeing some interesting stuff.
