I too think having the representation of the Allies as well is something to be desired. The Comintern and Allies weren't always eye-to-eye. Aleyev may, simply for being Russian, have a reputation that some British/Colonial troops may find distasteful, and vice versa. One large and apparent envision of this is how the British Raj are essentially closing their borders, which restricts Russia from going through the Raj. However the ANZACs are likely to be more "Open" as they work with the Russians too.
