Marcus Ainsworth

Marcus was left standing there, feeling kind of stupid as the musician he tried to talk to just got up and walked off, without so much as a thank you. Exactly what his already fragile mental state needed. The awkward young man just stood there for a few moments, not sure how to react to being ignored like that. Normally it wouldn’t have been an issue, but with how fragile Marcus had been, it felt like a much bigger issue than it was. It took him a few moments to realise that he was being spoken to, due to all his attention going towards trying to hold back the tears that threatened to start flowing. “Oh, uh, yeah… Guess so…” When someone else sat down at the woman’s table, and they started talking about something that definitely wasn’t his business, Marcus walked off, visibly trying hard to keep himself together. He took deep breaths as he walked, idly fiddling with the packet of guitar strings in his hands. ‘C’mon Marcus… Hold it together… I just have to make it home, then I can stay there forever and never leave again…’ [@Pilatus][@RoccanIronclad]
